Donating: 

We’re looking for fun and unique items that will inspire spirited bidding! Whether it’s a special experience, a valuable service, or a local business gift certificate, every donation counts. 

We’re focusing on high-quality, sought-after items to keep the auction exciting and valuable. While we’re grateful for all contributions, we are not accepting used or second-hand items this year (no “white elephant”), as we aim to maximize the fundraiser’s impact! 

Need ideas?  A simple monetary donation can make a big difference too! 

Seeking Volunteers: (See the sign-up sheets after services) Help in a variety of ways: 

• Cooks: Will you contribute appetizers or desserts? 
• Servers: Do you know a pre-teen or teen who’d like to help serve? 

Event Day Helpers: We need shoppers (& schleppers), kitchen helpers on gala night, and set-up/breakdown crews. Interested in volunteering?
