When love shows up, something changes.
What does love look like when it leaves the house? This service explores care as an embodied practice — in parenting, in community, and in moments of moral urgency. We’ll reflect on what it means to risk love in a world that doesn’t guarantee safety or fairness, and how care takes shape through ordinary acts: feeding, protecting, staying present, showing up anyway.

In challenging times like these, art can serve as a powerful form of resistance as well as a unique source of respite and comfort. The Choir will perform examples of each, while Tiarra Inez Brown examines both sides of the power of art. We will also hear an update on the plans for the Huntington African American Museum.
